By booking or using services from KimberKleen Professional Cleaning, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

🧽 Services Provided

KimberKleen Professional Cleaning offers residential cleaning services, including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and Airbnb turnover cleaning. Services are provided based on the details agreed upon at the time of booking.

📅 Scheduling & Access

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the home, the appointment may be canceled and a fee may apply.

💳 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, electronic payment, or other agreed-upon methods.

❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

🧼 Condition of Home

Cleaning time and pricing are based on the condition of the home as described. If the condition differs significantly, additional charges may apply and will be discussed before continuing.

⚠️ Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

🔒 Liability

KimberKleen Professional Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not secured properly. Clients should inform us of any fragile or valuable items prior to service.

🚫 Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary beyond scope, or if there is inappropriate behavior.

📱 Communication

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive communication related to your service, including calls and text messages.
